Fall 2021 Fees and Refunds

Enrollment Fee $46 per unit All students except Kindergarten-12th grade students and students who qualify for a fee waiver. Students are eligible for full refunds for classes dropped before census.
Electronic Access Fee $5 per term All students who use the MyOhlone student portal for online registration, payments, and academic records review. Non-refundable except for students who do not access the MyOhlone student portal and submit a refund request to the Cashier's Office on the Fremont campus.
Parking Permit $40 per vehicle, $18 per motorcycle, $4 daily rate, $20 for California Promise Grant waivers, or $28 per fuel efficient vehicle All persons who park on the Fremont or Newark campus. Semester parking permits can be purchased online. Non-refundable.
Non-resident Tuition $294 per unit in addition to the Enrollment Fee (includes $1 per unit Capital Outlay Fee) All out-of-state students. Students are eligible for full refunds for classes dropped before census.
Non-resident / Non-citizen Tuition $294 per unit in addition to the Enrollment Fee (includes $1 per unit Capital Outlay Fee) All non-resident, non-citizen students including those who hold C, D, F, H-2, H-3, J, M, P, Q, TD, and TN visas. (Holder of B visitor visas may not enroll.) Students are eligible for full refunds for classes dropped before census.
International Student Application Fee

$50 on initial application, $50 mailing fee

All non-resident, non-citizen applicants on or wishing to obtain the F-1 student visa. Non-refundable.
International Student Health Insurance Fee $694.70 All F-1 Visa-holding students of Ohlone College possessing a Form I-20 issued by Ohlone College. Please refer to the International Student Health Insurance web page for exceptions. Non-refundable after after the census date of each semester.
Student Activity Fee Fall Student Activity Fee $5 This fee provides funds for various campus activities, programs, discounts, and Student ID Cards. This fee is charged to all students unless they decline in writing on or before the last day to drop a full-term class and be eligible for a refund. Refundable when student withdraws from all classes on or before September 9, 2018.
Health Services Fee Fall Health Services Fee $22 All enrolled students. Exceptions are given for dual enrolled or Consortium students, students who are enrolled in Contract Education classes, Sunday classes or students who rely on prayer for healing. Refundable when student withdraws from all classes on or before September 9, 2018.
Student Representation Fee Fall Student Representation Fee $2 Section 76060.5 of the Education Code requires a community college to collect a student representation fee of $2 at the time of registration. All student have the option to opt out of the student representation fee in the their MyOhlone student account. Students must opt out of the fee every term using the required agreements tab.
Printing Fees

$0.10 (10¢) per printed black and white page, $0.60 (60¢) per printed color page. PCounter account based printing system with $1 minimum / $25 maximum deposit. Regardless of deposit amount, each deposit has a $0.30 (30¢) transaction fee.

Payment for printed copies is required in all computer labs and classrooms. There are no refunds on PCounter account balances.
Copying Fees $0.15 (15¢) per page (black and white). $0.60 (60¢) per page (color)

Payment for copies is required in the Library / Learning Resource Center on the Fremont campus. There is no photocopying at the LRC on the Newark campus.

At the Newark campus, photocopying is available in the Math Lab Tutoring Center.

Transcripts - Normal Processing $5 per copy First two copies are free. Not applicable.
Transcripts - Express Service $10 per copy Not available during Extended Registration. Not applicable.
Transcripts- International Federal Express Mailing $41 per copy Orders processed through Credentials Solutions—view Transcripts web page for details. Non-refundable.
Transcripts - Unofficial Free Available only through MyOhlone. Not applicable.
Verification of Enrollment $4 per copy First two copies are free. Not applicable.
Audit Fee $15 per unit, per term Fees for classes being audited. For more information about auditing please click here. Not applicable.
Duplicate Registration Receipt / Work-in-Progress Listing Free Available through the student finance section of MyOhlone. Non-refundable.

All fees are subject to change based on state budget adjustments. Additional fees may be added at a later date, subject to approval by the Ohlone Community College District Board of Trustees.

Students can pay fees with any major credit card via the student finance section of MyOhlone.
