According to the standard term within the California Education system, the name of this program is Middle College Program however Ohlone’s branding for this program is called the College Connections Program. While under the California education system this program is known as “Middle College”, Ohlone’s unique brand for this program is called the College Connections Program.

The College Connections Program gives high school seniors the opportunity to complete their high school education on the Ohlone campus, while still enjoying and being a part of all their senior year activities including Senior Ball, Grad Night, and that most important walk across the stage, graduation.

Ohlone College has partnership with Fremont Unified School District and James Logan High School to offer the College Connections program for cohorts of high school seniors.

College Connections students take high school classes in the morning and the college classes of their choice in the afternoon, giving them the opportunity to get a head start on college, whether it be continuing at a community college or earning transferable units to a four-year college or university.
