Hand Bells and Harp Enhance the Ohlone Chamber Singers' 27th Annual Holiday Concert

Fremont, CA-The Ohlone College Chamber Singers will perform the 27th Annual Christmas at the Mission Concert on December 15th and 16th. They will be joined by harpist Dan Levitan and Celebration Chimes, a hand bell choir.

In the Ohlone Chamber Singers tradition, the concert will be held at Old Mission San Jose in Fremont. The hand bell ringers and harpist will add to the breathtaking holiday performance in solo performances and in collaboration with the Chamber Singers.

Celebration Chimes, directed by Cathryn Griggs, joins the annual holiday concert from the First Presbyterian Church in Livermore.

Dan Levitan, renowned harpist, has worked with the San Francisco Symphony, Marin Symphony, San Francisco Ballet, Symphony Silicon Valley, San Francisco Opera Orchestra, Ballet San Jose Orchestra, among others. Mr. Levitan and the Ohlone Chamber Singers will collaborate on Benjamin Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols," the concert's featured work.
