Student Health Services is offering the following services:
Mental Health: Telehealth mental health appointments are available Monday to Friday! This can be done on a phone or a laptop. Student Health has an ASL fluent mental health counselor for our deaf and hard of hearing population as well. Please email us at email@example.com to set up an appointment.
Limited medical services are also available by telehealth either telephone or Zoom, including prescription refills, referrals, and basic advice. These services need to be scheduled, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to speak to a nurse. This is not an emergency service. If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or refer to this list of emergency rooms and urgent care facilities near campus.
For symptomatic students, please click here to upload your negative COVID OR clearance letter from your primary care provider to be able to return back on campus. Once you are cleared, you will receive the communication from the COVID response team at Ohlone College.
According to CDC, people with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting

*NEW* Vaccine Incentives
Dear Ohlone Students, Per Ohlone College COVID-19 vaccine mandate, full vaccination applies to students wishing to come on campus for in-person instruction. In order to promote safety of our campus community, Ohlone is offering COVID-19 vaccine incentives to increase vaccination rates across our students.
- Two $200 cash rewards for students who upload their vaccine records by 9/30/21
- One $200 cash rewards for students who can share their story about why they got the vaccine by 10/1/21
- One $200 cash reward for receiving Pfizer COVID vaccine through Student Health Center* by 10/12/21 (in order to receive the prize, the winner needs to get both doses of the vaccine)
