The  Deaf Studies Division is in Building 6 on the Fremont campus of Ohlone College. It is the location for our programs for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, and programs in Interpreter Preparation, the study of American Sign Language and Deaf Studies. Students in all disciplines are served by faculty and staff with extensive and unique expertise.

The Language & Culture Center for Deaf Studies is proud to have one of the largest and most comprehensive programs designed to meet the academic and vocational needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. The staff includes several full-time Deaf instructors and many part-time Deaf instructors and is led by one of the few Deaf Administrators in the state of California.
