How to retrieve your Zoom Meeting Password?
- Login to your account at CCCConfer.zoom.us
- Click on Meetings (1), pick the title of current meeting session (2).
- Scroll to meeting password (3).
- Click "Show"
- Copy password and post in an announcement or email it to students.
I have my students use the library. What do I do for my classes under remote instruction?

Instructional Strategies for Missed Hours
Communicate with your students. Students may be taking several courses each with different expectations – be specific about your expectations. Strategies for maintaining instructional flow and hours are listed based on content format. Check out these tips for using asynchronous strategies for live online and hybrid courses.
Due Dates: Consider extending due dates that fall during the closing to allow students to deal with emergency, participate in event, or observe holiday. Allow for flexibility as able.
On Campus: Remind students that campus is closed. Shift the planned instruction to asynchronous options such as video or text (see below for specific examples).
Live synchronous: Shift the planned instruction to asynchronous.

Remind students that campus is closed. Shift to out of class assignment.
