Ohlone College Facilities Department welcomes the opportunity to serve you. The majority of our departmental activity occurs behind the scenes. Approximately 30 people perform various tasks throughout the day and night. Our responsibilities encompass providing quality administrative, custodial, grounds and maintenance services.

Ohlone College Facilities Department is a service organization committed to providing our students, faculty, and staff with a safe sustainable environment and the highest quality facilities required to achieve the College's goals and mission. We ensure facility needs are effectively supported through professional operation, repair, and service.
The Facilities Department is your point of contact for:
- Service Requests (Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance)
- District Vehicle Requests
- Event Set-ups/Moving
- Key Request/Lost Key - Key requests are submitted by Division Administrative Assistants. Questions regarding key requests, contact the Facilities Department Administrative Assistant. Lost Key fee needs to be paid at the Cashier's Office.
