Our maintenance staff is a multi-faceted unit whose responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance and the repair/renovation of facilities (electrical, mechanical, structural and interior/exterior finishes).

Performing regular PM services to building equipment will ensure meeting compliance standards and will maintain equipment running efficiently. We have initiated this program by assessing the condition of our equipment and prioritizing PM based on; health and safety, age of equipment, impact to the District, and repeat known failures.
