A Staff Safety Identification Badge (photo ID card) will be issued to all Ohlone College employees, excluding classified temporary employees.
- The badges will promote staff safety and security through photo identification.
- Faculty (full-time and part-time), classified staff, managerial staff, and student workers may participate.
- The plan is effective June 1, 2008.
There is no cost to you for your badge. You can get an updated semester-designation sticker at the start of each semester while you are employed by the District.
Please come to the ID Card Window in Building 7, second floor, on the Fremont campus to have your photo taken for your badge or pickup an updated semester-designation sticker for your badge.You do not need to make an appointment. The hours for the ID Card Window are posted on the Student Activities website.
When you get to the window, please indicate whether you are Faculty, Staff, or a Student Employee.
Currently, the Newark Center campus does not have camera/ID badge equipment. Therefore, for now, all Newark employees will have to have their ID badges made at the Fremont campus.
