Emergency Technology Equipment Request Form
Technology support provides devices to facilitate learning for students that do not have access or means to a laptop. Technology options include Chromebooks, laptops, hot spots and web cameras. Thanks to the support of the Ohlone College Foundation, Google Chromebooks are available to be given to students in need. To be eligible, students must fill out an Emergency Technology Equipment Request Form. Once the request is reviewed, students will be contacted and informed of the next steps. Due to limited supply, Chromebooks are distributed to students with the highest need and those who are disproportionately impacted. All other technology requests can be requested with the same form.

How to Change Display Name in Canvas
Click here to Log in to your Ohlone Student Email. Remember your email address is your WebAdvisor username @student.ohlone.edu (for example, email@example.com) and your password is your WebAdvisor password.
If you currently have a WebAdvisor account and cannot log into your student email, please proceed with account activation:

Pcounter WebPay (Student Printing)
Student printing at both the Fremont and Newark campuses uses Pcounter WebPay. Students can add value to their accounts from anywhere via a secure website. The link to Pcounter is: https://fcpwd.ohlone.edu/webdeposit/
When creating a new Pcounter account, please use your student webadvisor username and password. The cost per-page for students is $0.10 (10¢) per page for black and white and $0.60 (60¢) per page for color.

Systems Use Requirements
The Systems Use Requirements establishes rules and prohibitions that define acceptable use of the Ohlone College systems. Unacceptable use is prohibited, and is grounds for loss of computing privileges, as well as discipline or legal sanctions under Federal, State, and local law.
