Student Services Offered In-Person and Virtually
Both in-person and virtual student services are available! See hours and locations below.
For in-person services, on the Fremont campus, visitors must go through our symptom screening checkpoint on the first level of the Student Services, Building 7. For in-person services, at the Newark Center, visitors must go through the symptom screening checkpoint in the lobby, first floor. All students, visitors, and employees, on both campuses, are required to wear a mask.
The Counseling department will offer virtual, one-on-one, counseling services. For info on scheduling counseling appointments and drop-ins please visit https://www.ohlone.edu/counseling.

The Student Study Centers provide students a safe, quiet, and socially-distanced environment for school work and study. No appointment is necessary. Over 49 study stations available. FREE WiFi access. Hours are as follows below.
Fall Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm; Saturday, 10am-4pm
Location: Learning Commons, Bldg 3, Level 4, Fremont Campus
Fall Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9am-7pm
Location: Learning Resources Center, Floor 1, Room NC 1124, Newark Center
During the fall, the Study Centers are closed Sundays and school holidays. View the academic calendar.
Health screening stations are available on both campuses. All employees must complete a Health Questionnaire as part of Ohlone’s access procedures. Find out more about the screening locations and hours of operation.
