Coach Jessica Potter grew up near Portland, Oregon where she lettered in basketball, volleyball, softball and graduated as class Valedictorian. Coach Potter trained for the 18U girl's fitness competition where she gained an interest in fitness and competitive weight training.
Coach Potter lived in San Diego from 2007 to 2012 where she coached, played, managed and recruited for the SDSU Intramural Sports League, San Diego City Women's Basketball League, and The Rock Ministry Basketball Organization. She interned for one year and then worked as a physical therapy aide where she honed her skills in athletic performance, strength building, conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Coach Potter earned her bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University with an emphasis in physical therapy. She is now in her final year of graduate school at Concordia University Chicago where she is working on her master's degree in Sport Leadership and Management. In her spare time she enjoys working out, volunteering, camping and fishing.
