The Ohlone Pantry is a FREE food assistance program, open to ALL currently enrolled Ohlone Students! You can enroll and pick up food from our Fremont office Building 7, #7210.

TOP Window Hours for FALL of 2018

Mondays & Wednesdays: 9am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm-4pm | Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am - 1:30pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm

If you would like to pick up food outside of those hours, or on Friday:

but we advise that it's best if you email us at to let us know the date and time you'd like to come.

Student ID Cards

 Students who pay the Student Activity Fee each term are eligible to receive a Student ID card. Students with a valid Ohlone College student ID card are able to participate in campus events; such as bands, guest speaksers, social events & student government elections.

ID Card Window Hours for FALL of 2018

Mondays & Wednesdays: 9am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm-4pm | Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am - 1:30pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm

NEWARK CAMPUS: Monday to Thursday: 10am to 4pm. 
*Closed 1:30pm-2:00pm on Thursdays*

BOTH locations are CLOSED on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

 The student ID card entitles students to a number of benefits including: FREE or discounted admission to Ohlone and/or ASOC sponsored events; easy Ohlone Library book checkout; entrance for the Reading & Writing Labs; reduced rates for events held in the Gary Soren Smith Center for the Fine & Performing Arts.


Student Activity Fee

The Student Acitvity Fee funds college activities and events; such as, Orientation, bands, clubs, food events, art & music programs, lectures, elections, the production of the Student ID card. It also allows for discounts to events at the Gary Soren Smith Center for the Fine & Performing Arts, and assists in leadership scholarships.

Fall/Spring Semester: $5
Summer: $2.50

Students who choose NOT to pay the Student Activities fee must write a response to the form provided by the Office of Student Life (Fremont Campus, Room 7210 or via email on or before the last day to drop classes, in order to receive a refund.

The Office of Student Life exists to provide co-curricular
experiences for Ohlone College Students. We offer students a place to meet new
people, gain leadership skills and have fun.The Office of Student Life serves as the
hub for all student hosted events and activities. This is done through collaboration
