FREE TUITION for First-Time College Students
The AB19 and AB2: California College Promise & Book Grant Program is available for first-time, full-time students. The program covers the enrollment fees and mandatory fees for up to 60 units for the first two academic years, and $250 (each semester) towards books. Students in grades K-9 can attend Ohlone College on a space-available basis, and can only register for the following courses:

- K-9th grade completed application and permission packet deadline was Monday, January 11, 2021 by 5pm for Spring Semester 2021. No Exceptions. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
- K-9th grade registration (with a completed application and permission packet) began Monday, January 25, 2021 for Spring 2021 Semester with an add authorization code obtained through the instructor.

10-12th Grade Student Enrollment
PLEASE NOTE: K-12 Application Period for Spring 2021 Has Ended. Students in grades 10-12 are allowed to take CSU/UC transferable courses. These courses are identified in WebAdvisor, the printed Class Schedule, and the Ohlone College Catalog. Refer to the Kindergarten-12th Grade website and carefully follow the directions in the 10th-12th Grade Application Packet to avoid delays in processing.
- 10-12th grade completed application and permission packet deadline has passed. No additional 10-12th grad applications taken at this time. No Exceptions.
- 10th-12th grade registration (with a completed application and permission packet) began Monday, January 11, 2021 for Spring Semester 2021.

Note: Steps for K-12 enrollment require a special process & abide by special deadlines. Visit www.ohlone.edu/k12 for details.
1. APPLY ONLINE
Visit ohlone.edu/admissions. Scroll down to "How to Enroll & Register."
2. APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid options are available to students who qualify.
3. CREATE WEBADVISOR ACCOUNT
WebAdvisor provides access to your student account, including activation of your student email, and other online tools.are available to students who qualify.
4. COMPLETE ORIENTATION & SELF-GUIDED PLACEMENT
Orientation & Self-Guided Placement is required for all non-exempt new students. Please note that Orientation is not required for new students enrolling in Late Start Classes.
5. SIGN UP FOR A COUNSELING & REGISTRATION (CAR) SESSION
After completing the Orientation module, all participating students are required to complete a CAR session where counselors will help you select classes and register.
6. PAY FOR CLASSES
Payment is due upon registration. Select a payment option. Payment plans and financial aid are available to students who qualify.
7. PREPARE FOR CLASSES
Purchase or rent books through the Ohlone College Bookstore.
